The Farm
The farm extends to an area of exactly 5.65 acres and is situated right on Vandavasi - Arani - Tindivanam State Highway with highway facing side extending up to 270 feet. The farm is secured with 6 feet wall throughout with an opening of 30 feet gate.
We won't be having any doubt about the fertility of the soil when we look at all the fully grown trees around the property in a forest ambience. To be exact the farm has 350 Mango Trees, 100 Teak Wood Trees, 50 Coconut Trees and countless other trees sprouted here and there which are fed by a large well dug specifically for this. The House
The 20 feet tar road from the gate ends at a beautiful house designed with Kerala Architecture. The carpet area of the house spans around 4000 Sq.ft across the ground floor and first floor. The house is furnished with authentic Teak Wood wherever the head turns. One should experience the bedroom placed on the first floor of the house, which has a panaromic glass window with a view of the entire farm from it. It also houses a 50-member dine-in and a kitchen to accompany it.
Adjacent to the house we can also find a large sheltered multi-purpose hall spanning around 20,000 Sq.ft. This hall can be used for various purposes as one likes, but now it’s predominantly used as a meditation hall. Besides the hall, there's another small guest house which can be used to house visitors or workers.
The Accessiblity
The property is strategically situated midway between the towns of Vandavasi and Arani. No lefts, no rights, it’s situated right on the State Highway. The closest bustling landmark is Avaniyapuram Koot Road. Located approximately 95 km away from Chennai and Pondicherry, it's just a 1.5-hour leisure drive to reach here.
